Our three rentals are located close to the Old Mill Restaurant, Patriot Park, 5 minute drive from DollyWood, and many shops and stores, the busiest Pigeon Forge intersection, and the main parkway that takes you straight into the mountains!

Cottage Number One!
The first cottage you will see when approaching our set of three houses. This house is prepared to sleep 4 people of any ages comfortably. It has large windows in the dining/entrance room for your entire family to just sit and watch the river and simple wildlife.
If you appreciate a nice place to stay that is modernized and clean, this is your house!
Cottage Number Two!
Cottage Number two is the second house on the right. This simple little living area consists of one door; the front one. After that, it is a small room that houses all the essentials a person could need that simply wants to get away for a bit but doesn't have a large budget.

Cottage Number Three!
The last cottage is the one that houses more people than all the others. There are two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a full kitchen, a full living room, and a cozy front porch. Having been lightly remodeled recently, it offers a homy, cozy, terrific Smoky Mountain get away.
